I was wondering if anyone had information on sending quilts to wounded soldiers. I have a friend that loves to quilt and has several waiting to go to soldiers in need but doesn't know where to send them to.
Any suggestions?
Thanks! |

Posted - Oct 04 2006 : 06:50:04 AM I think it's fantastic sending the quilts to the soliders. Freedom has a heavy price. Also if anyone would like to send something to the troops on the front lines you can go to www.anysolider.com . You can also find links to the other branches of the military there as well. At this site you will find the names of officers that you can send care packages to. They then distribute these to the people under their direct command. I was dating a captain who was in Iraq last year and it was awesome what he told me people would send to them.
