If that doesn't work, go to your local library and look up pine needle basketry. There are several well-written books on the subject.

I was lucky enough to come across a lady at a craft fair, who was generous enough to teach me the basics. Everything else I've learned by making mistakes.

Love the pine needle basket. How can I find out how to make one? We have loads of pine needles around here and I would like to try making 1 or 2 or 3....

Thank you. The pine needle basket is actually a practice piece. My intention is to see how small I can make it. I want one that is one inch long by 3/4 inch wide by 1/2 inch deep. It will be for my miniature house.
