Ravelry is definitely a wonderful place. The people are nice and friendly and the patterns are incredible! They have great tutorial for beginner crocheters too! If there is any questions I can answer, or help I can offer, please let me know,Starr. I'd love to help! :D

I don't know if there are any crochet groups here,I'm sure there are because there are alot of crocheters here but another site I am on for knitters and crocheters is ravelry.com,there are groups,both local and specific to type of projects and you can set up a profile with your projects posted,find patterns,etc...it's alot of fun.
