Purchased a cross-stitch pattern on the internet and personalized the wording to give to my husband's parents for their 50th Wedding Anniversary last Saturday. My black, lab puppy, Emma, got ahold of the pattern half way through stitching and ate the majority of it so I had to scramble to find the website I purchased the pattern on to rebuy it. Time wasted but I rise early in the morning and devoted that extra time to catch up on stitching. If anyone is interested in the pattern, I will ship it to you! Free, nothing asked in return, "sister to sister." Email me your address and it's yours!

That is beautful! That is something that will be treasured for life. I'm cross stitching a sampler with quilts and flowers I'll post a pic of it when I'm done.

hi Deb. Sent you an e-mail . I would love a copy of the pattern. What beautiful work you do. I love to embroider and cross stich. Thinking of making it for my sis in law. Or for my best friend and her DH.

It's gorgeous! And a ton of work. I know what you mean about the dog getting ahold of it, I worked on a piece about half that size for my grandma and my dog got ahold of the pattern - I could have cried! But the company sent me a new pattern for free and I was able to finish. I still scowl at that dog!

It's lovely! Great job!!

Thanks Teri & Sarah! My mother-in-law just called me today to thank me again for my lovely work and for all the time I put into the project for her. She is proudly showing it around town to all her friends. What a great feeling!
