Could anyone tell me about the John C Campbell Folk School in Brasstown NC?
Has anyone taken classes there?

Yes. Just google to find it online and request a catalog. Maybe we need to have a farm girl meetup there someday!!

I've never taken classes at J. C. Campbell Folk School either but I have dreamed of doing so for years! I love to read their catalog from cover to cover when it arrives every year...they have some really fun and unique classes. Would love to hear some feedback from farmgirls who have been there!

Judy, I have never taken classes there but have always wanted to. I am on their mailing list and just got their new catalog--it is wonderful--if you don't receive it you should go on their website and sign up--they teach an amazing array of arts, crafts, you name it. even dancing. I would love to go spend a summer there. It is in a beautiful area, not too far from Ashville. I hope you get responses from some sisters who have been there. I would love to hear of their experiences.
