Not much longer, Nancy annielaurel--come Thursday you will be good as new!! You kids griping about being in your 50's crack me up. Try 69. No, really, it is fun. It is now 5:00 p.m. and I am still in my jammies. Today wasn't worth putting a bra on for. Love rainy days!! Hey Nancy I am finally after nearly a year venturing out all over this farmgirls forum and I find you all over the place! You are a lot more social than I am! Its always fun to see you. hugs

I was just glad that I was not the only one that sucked at knitting...

That is funny. I,like Laura, would have just kept reading because I suck at knitting. I admire those who do knit well and I also make so many spelling errors that I can never call anyone on theirs. I just blame it on my eyesight. I have had eye problems since I was a child so it is easy to blame my eyes for all kinds of things.

Grace, that's all so funny. It was nice seeing your post. I was concerned about the Colorado fires and I hadn't seen you post lately.
Happy that you're okay.

Don't feel bad the other day I was writing to someone and wrote "Nippling on some goodies" and the friend laughed so hard she said back to me "What are you doing at the Funny Farm" - she then told me of the mistake and how it gave her a real giggle. So no worries.

Shelia, I think we are all so use to our rushed world and all the abbreviations and texting that we just read the whole thing and know what someone means....I knew you were stuck on knitting...and when you are knitting who has time? Happy knitting.
good luck with the sewing project...I am 60 and things don't always do like I plan or on the other hand has it always been that way and now that I am older my mistakes bother me more?
