Here is my oldest daughter (on the right) and two friends when I was teaching them to embroider on parts of a flannel quilt they are making for a service project for a man going through chemo that we all know from church. They were being silly, but between my daughter and I we taught two more girls to be stitchers...I love that!!!

Jenny,
I just love teaching young girls to do traditional type work! I am so greatful my mom taught me what little she did (she was very ill through my childhood) and I was able to take it from there.
