Posted - Feb 25 2012 : 6:15:56 PM Lost an old magazine - I think it was Crochet World - likely 1970's or 1980's. Had an afghan on the cover made with scaps of bright yarn for the flowers , and I THINK the background was done in black.
If you really look at the flowers, you will see they would make great Pointsettias in red with a white background.
I know I have old magazines in my stash. P Farm Sisters, do any of you have this old magazine in yours??
Contact Madelena - I sure would appreciate it!!! |

Posted - Mar 03 2012 : 09:43:27 AM Have you tried searching for the pattern online? There are a few websites that list older patterns, and you may not find the exact one but something similar. Worth a shot...

Posted - Mar 01 2012 : 08:22:26 AM I have collected many of those older magazines and will get them out and take a look. It may take a few days. Will let you know one way or another. As a matter of fact, I am going to be clearing out alot of my collections of needlework books and magazines that I know I will never use. When I get them together I will post them for anyone who may be interested. Tracy
