Posted - Feb 18 2012 : 09:43:41 AM I completely forgot to post some photos of this little thistle handbag I made for one of our Farmgirls back at the end of January. So here it is! The fabric on the flap is a sheer black fabric sandwiched on top of a cotton print, so I could get more of a contrast with my embroidery design.

Posted - Feb 19 2012 : 08:19:05 AM Thank you! I'm still learning that whole photography thing. I find it more challenging than the stitching and sewing part of making the handbags. Marianne, I have a Brother embroidery machine. It just does embroidery, and I use my sturdy old Kenmore for all of my sewing.
