Posted - Jan 28 2012 : 7:21:08 PMI taught music to K - 5th grade. I had every one bring in an empty toilet paper roll. The kids also brought in dried beans. As a class project, each child emptied the beans into the toilet paper roll, sealed up the sides. We all had our own "shake" instrument. The children loved it. Easy to make. Marly
