I am going to be stitching the 1846 Margaret Jane Leadbitter Sampler for my Rooster for our 15th wedding anniversary gift. He is a Freemason and Solomon's Temple has lots of meaning. Here is a link to see the orignal sampler that hangs in s Masonic Museum.

Doesn't that look ambitious. You must post pictures of your progress. My Dad is a big Mason and involved in a lot of the different organizations. He's probably enjoy this also, but I sure won't be making it! Don't believe there'd be enough life left in him to wait long enough for me to get it done! I'm still working on my first prayer shawl that I started about 6 years ago! LOL!
