I had bought an 10 degree wedge ruler a couple of years ago at a quilt show. I fell in love with the southwest design they had on the wall and I wanted to make one. Well, over the weekend I was looking at that ruler and decided it was time to make a go of it, that and going through my stash. Following the instructions that came with the ruler I made a tree skirt. I still need to layer and quilt it, but I'm very pleased with the results. And it wasn't that hard. Now to try the southwest design, off to the fabric store!
