This is my "boho bag"....not to be confused with a "hobo bag".  It is wool tweed, with wool twill trim. It is a messenger or mail bag style with the strap attached to the top rather than on the sides. I'm practicing my Etsy photography here.

Wow, ladies, you are all so nice, and it does give me encouragement to get my StrawHouseDesigns Etsy shop up and going. Maybe this weekend I will be able to open the doors and have my one item listed!!
Thank you for the comments and advice about the photography too. I need to work on getting some photos of the inside as well...that might be tricky.
Diane, My Brother embroidery machine does very well. I bought a starter version and I'm very happy with it. Love, love, love the needle threading feature. Wish I had one of those on my sewing machine.

Gorgeous work, beautiful fabrication. These will fly out of your etsy shop. I find the plaid background a little distracting, though. What is your price going to be?

Oh Paula, your bag is awesome! I wish I were that talented,,,, every time I try to make (& goodness knows I have bought plenty of patterens) a handbag... they come out,,,welll, let's just say, they don't quite turn out like the picture on the pattern cover! lol!
