Posted - Nov 18 2011 : 06:39:14 AM I have all the tools to make this it isn't anew thing at all it was popular in the depression era and a little before that too sort of a funky crochet hook that you use to crochet through the ,iddle of a strip of bias fabric the fabric stands on its ends with the bias raw edges up and down
