Wondering if any one wants to do a yo-yo swap. I would be happy to be the sorter.
* quilting quality fabric (not too thin)
* How about 4 fabrics, and each person send 1 yo-yo of each fabric for each person?- So if 5 people sign up, each would send out 20 yo-yos, 5 of each of the four fabrics.
* Please include sase in the same amount as the original package/envelope.
* Deadline for signup is Aug 31, fabrics to be sent in by the Sep 15, and you will receive the packages back by the 30 of september. Just is time to entertain yourself after the kids have gone to school or to make christmas stuff.
we can all vote on a cut size of circle.

Got mine today! They are so pretty! I like Tina's idea to put them on valances in the kitchen. I've been itchin to make new curtains and I just love the idea of putting them on it! Thank you to everyone! They are just so pretty. Susan |

WHat type of shipping did you have on your package as I did not memorize everyones. Alot of people paid for priority and a few didn't. I am jsut curious

Got mine! thanks everyone. I think they will look neat added as neckline trim around colorful t-shirts and to also use one attached to a thick pony tail holder..the plain pony tail bands that are thick(not scrunchies) I was thinking too that they'd make a pretty addition to a solid color kitchen valance.
Anyhow..my plan first is to add some to t-shirts for Christmas gifts..then if I have any left over..to add them to a valance in my kitchen.

yo-yos will be mailed this afternoon after my mailman comes if the post office is still open at that time. Mychildren and I have started on our project not sure if we are making flowers or four patches. We have it posted on my blog so if you don't want to see what you are getting don't look. But you have to realize I have alot of yo-yos that are not in the swap so you really wont know which you are getting anyway. Have a lovely day please post when your yo-yos arrive.

There was another post on another board about this and I want to make sure everone knows I am concerened about the person and not hte yo-yo's
It is ok if she doesn't participate things happen I am not grumpy or any thing. I just want to make sure she is ok and nothing bad is happening. If things are hard or time doesn't allow her to finish participation there are other options. The yo-yo's she would have received will just be divided among the other people. ( a few people will get duplicates but that should be ok) But every one who wanted to contribute will still get the original amount 56 yo-yo's no matter what happens I will make sure of that. I try very hard not to leave people out if they want to do some thing. Just donating fabric is a big help at times you never know what is happening in peoples lifes a little bit of charity is all it takes to make a persons day or week. I would rather hope and wait for the best. If she contacts me afterwards and yo-yo's have been sent she can still send me her yo-yo's and she would still get the swap as we have 4 peopel in the swap at my house. One of use would trade straight across for what ever ( made yo-yo's or just cut ones or just raw fabric for us to do that). I want to be more than fair as that is what I would like done to me in certain situations. I am not worried about the swap so much as the person.
