I am trying to find out how old a thread is that I have. Here is a photo of the name and location it was made.

I am tatting with it, and would love to know how old it is. I bought it at a SCRAP store that was closing (in MI) several years ago.

Farmdream, thanks so much for sharing the website. What a great help with researching.

Wow! Well, our family motto is ""Eat it up, Wear it out, Make it do,
Or go without."

I will continue to use it for tatting and hopefully add it to my apron or another project.

I found this article. So a good guess would be around 1943.
