I looked this up and found that there aren't any places that carry strictly USA made. I guess the only way to tell is to look on the bolts before you buy. Most of the ones I found are wholesale distributors for fabric shops.
There are lots of places that sell USA made items but very few that sell just that. Connecting Threads was listed as one that carries it but when I looked them up it says they also use International suppliers who adhere to safe labor practices, etc. Was hoping to be of more help.

O, a trouble's a ton or a trouble's an ounce,
Or a trouble is what you make it!
And it isn't the fact that you're hurt that counts,
But only--how did you take it?

This would definitely be interesting to know.

I cannot master those things that I have not tried.

Yes, I like to buy America made things also...even material......to the point that I feel sheepish offering to buy and barter material from India anymore......but it sure is fun buying and sending material from there.
