Posted - May 02 2011 : 1:44:56 PM Thanks for sharing! It is so great to have a finished product that is a success, fun for the teacher/mom too! I helped my DS's GF make a hooded cape for a costume. She had only one short home ec class in middle school over 10 years ago and no other sewing. She picked it up fast, don't know any experienced seamstress who could sew a straighter seam. Susan
