Posted - Mar 24 2011 : 2:06:28 PM Hey Girls! Im in search of whimsical quilt patterns - I like the traditional blocks, but I really like the ones that are applique - to me it's like coloring in a coloring book, but with fabric on fabric :o).... anyway, I have checked all the "free" sites and I don't seem to be able to find much in that department, Im just coming across the traditional stuff. Would any of you have any idea's on where to look on the internet? I searched Bing and Google - maybe you all can point me in the right direction!!

Posted - Mar 26 2011 : 05:29:49 AM Hello Penny, Coloring books are great, also any picture that you find appeals to you...just trace the picture. Once you have it on paper...separate the picture and don't forget to give yourself the seam (turn under) allowance. I love antique childrens books or vintage valentines, or posters etc. Carmen MJFG #1443
