Does anyone know any easy way of converting fabric requirements, from 58- 60 inch wide fabric to the more common 44 inch wide fabric? I plan on using all- over designs, NOT one way prints, when converting.

I have some Danish patterns from www.shoponion.com, which call for the European , wider fabrics.
Thanks!
And gosh, when I was a kid, patterns came with all sorts of info on what might be needed , from 36-58 inch wide fabric, one- way designs, fabric with nap, etc. Those were the days!
