I want to make a china head doll, does anyone know of a place to purchase the heads, arms and legs ? so far have not had any luck finding them in our craft type stores, so I guess it's time to go online and look.

Tim Holtz is coming out with resin ones soon. They are listed on his blog.

Have you tried flea markets to find used ones that are ripped or partially broken and combine them to make one of your own? No idea though where to find new ones.
