Posted - Aug 01 2010 : 09:27:21 AM Since some have expressed curiosity about Plarn. I thought I would start a thread for Plarn crafts. I made a tote bag and pot scrubbers. The pot scrubbers are fabulous. They work as well as brillo pads but nowhere near as abrasive. They can be popped in the dishwasher to be sanitized every once in a while.

Posted - Aug 09 2010 : 07:59:08 AM I have a ton of plastic bags that I'm going to convert into plarn. I'd like a crochet pattern for a shopping tote that has gussets and a flat bottom. Any suggestions?

Posted - Aug 01 2010 : 3:25:49 PM Oh I do like the idea of the scrubbies. I usually make mine out of netting. But I am going to try the plastic kind and see if I like them better! Thanks for the idea.
