I have a 'Good Houskeeper' sewing machine and it's a bit older. Okay, it's older than me, but still in basically good condition. It has a plastic gear in the tensioner that has been ground down till it won't work anymore. I am hoping one of you ladies might have an old Good Housekeeper tucked away somewhere and wouldn't mind parting with the machine or the part I need. Please, I will pay the shipping and could send you some homemade jelly for your time and trouble.
