Thanks for the link. For some reason I can't watch any of the videos, or my browser crashes. :(

Posted - May 21 2006 : 04:44:14 AM Thanks for posting this! Although, I knit lots of toys, I am actually still a novice to intermediate knitter and would love to learn more techniques.

She's a continental knitter, and there's an intarsia video on there. I'm still a beginner, so I haven't tried it myself. :) |

Posted - May 16 2006 : 12:00:23 PM Brenda, are you doing the machine knitting course? I want to do that one to, but I'm super new machine knitter, so that will have to wait for a good long while. I've been handknitting since I was eight, though, so I'm doing pretty well there. I think my biggest obstacle is going to be in intarsia and fairisle knitting. I knit Continental (or German) style, but all the tutorials I've ever seen for colorwork are written for English style knitters.
Thanks for the compliments on my blog. I just "moved in" from another host service and I like it way better now. By all means, stop in as often as you like! :)

Posted - May 15 2006 : 7:32:07 PM I started the TKGA Machine Knitting course a while back (so long ago I'm embarrassed to admit) but your post gives me some motivation to go do another exercise... Not tonight, it's a little late. I think the Machine Knitting course is somewhat different than the handknitting one.

Posted - May 15 2006 : 6:11:18 PM Annie, I am not doing the course that you ask for. However, I am an avid sewer and a passionate knitter. I bookemarked your blog and I hope you will not mind my evesdropping! I haven't had enough time now but to take a peek at it, but it looks REALLY great. Your pictures are great and I love the layout of your site. Good for you and good luck with your class!
