Diana - from what you said in your earlier post I think you found the perfect gift. Giving a quilt is such a special gift - for someone to know that you took that time to make something for them could make all the difference, just knowing someone cares and values them is so important.

I don't have any more of the multi so I had to go with the black. I think part of my problem is I hate doing borders so I have not done and then regretted it so I thought I would ask. By doing the 6 inch is hangs over a twin just right.

Thanks for the input yalll

What about a two inch black border all around and then bind it with the flowered fabric that is the border now? It's beautiful whatever you do with it!!

The look right now is more of a country casual. Another row of black would give it a more formal 'Company Quilt' look, as my gramma would say. Depends on which look you like better. I'd never be able to decide, I like both looks. You sure did a beautiful job!

I think another row of black would really make the colors "pop" even more. Just my two cents. Looks great though - you're very talented!

Diana...sorry I didn't catch the black part on your first message. I read it as block. BUT
Black would work well too or leave it like it is because once it is on the twin bed the border
will probably become a non-issue. When it is hanging up like your picture (like if it were a wall
hanging) where your eye takes it all in at once then I think it matters. Does that make any sense
at all???? ~peggy

Peggy Anne More black and color blocks? I have the fabric but at that point is to be big for a twinsize bed it would be more a queen size at that point.

But a good idea.
Thanks
