Hi everybody,
A post brought to my attention the darling chicken in the Feb/March issue on page 45. After much research, I am pretty certain it is not available. I spoke with Brian in the office and it was something that was store made, given as a gift to MaryJane. It looks to be mass produced, and no tags were on it. So, I am taking it upon myself to design my own chicken. I used to design craft patterns and dolls, and advertise in Country Sampler and Country Marketplace. No guarantee it will look the same as the one in the magazine, but it will definitely be cute. MaryJane's most recent email mag said to say it out loud and plan on it happening, so I think this post will qualify as saying it out loud as though it is going to happen! Wish me luck ladies!! Anybody interested send me an email and I'll let you know about my progress. I think I will possibly sell finished chickens if it turns out really well!
