Posted - Jan 18 2010 : 11:32:33 AM Check out my blog (link below) to see what I made from some vintage embroidered linens! I made a needle case, inspired by the on in the Mary Jane's Stitching Room book on pages 18&19; plus some other cuties. Just thought I'd share!

Posted - Jan 23 2010 : 07:05:07 AM I have some really cute small linens with lovely embroidery that unfortunately have rust stains that just won't come out - tried everything, including the cream of tartar idea. I want to use them in my bedroom makeover but I'm not sure what to do with them. I have three or so. Any ideas?

Posted - Jan 21 2010 : 05:31:26 AM Oh I love your idea. I have some linens in a box in the closet. Just sitting in the dark. This weekend I am going to pull them out and see what I can create. I will send you a picture when I have created something. My mind is just spinning. Thanks so much....Barbara

Forget buns of steel, I'd rather have buns of cinnamon!
