I visited the Wolcott Mill Metropark Farm Center yesterday and turned in an application for volunteer work. My first event will be the Fiber Fair on March 20, I (along with many other future friends, I hope) will be demonstrating spinning throughout the day. If you are in the Metro Detroit area that weekend, stop by!

!!!!!Congratulations!!!! on making it into this issue of the Cluck! Your original post is on page 26 of the very first issue I have had the pleasure receive. It is fun to "almost" know somebody in print. When we meet up in Frankenmuth I will bring a print out of it so you can see it too.

Something seems to be wrong with the page that pulls up info about the fiber fair. I have pulled it up before and all the info was there...maybe they are working on it????

That's a ways across the state for me but...will you be spinning on a wheel or drop spindle?

I loved the fiber fair that was at the Chicago Botanical Garden last October. It was really incredible, true works of art. I hope you have fun at yours.

oh that sounds like fun, Brenda! We enjoy visiting Dearborn (The Henry Ford), so maybe we can plan a trip around that! Thanks for letting us know about it!
