Posted - Jan 04 2010 : 09:54:36 AM Sew many fabrics....what's a gal to do!
Ok, as most of you know, I have 2 vintage travel trailers....one of which is in the midst of a "face lift".... In the mean time I am "itchin to get stitchin" some more fun stuff for my trailers now that I have all my Christmas sewing behind me. My dilemma is which fabric do I buy or do I buy all 3? Although I have a few projects in mind, lamp shade & pillow covers and maybe even a pair of silly jammies, my brain is running on empty for ideas right now...aacckk! Any suggestions for other ideas that I may have over looked? Also do you know of any other sites that carry this kind of fabric? Take a peek into my 'graciesvictorianrose' blog listed below to see the fabrics.....

Posted - Jan 08 2010 : 09:35:35 AM I like that Nancy - good cover for having an out of control stash!! Grace I loved all 3 of those fabrics, I don't blame you a bit for getting some of each. I am sort of partial to the one with the VW on it - we have a poptop VW camper, although not that old, and my folks always had Volkswagons so I have a soft spot for them. Be sure to post pictures as you get stuff done!! Amy Grace

I heard a saying once that said put your different projects in boxes and write a family members name on it or friends name on it and when you die people will think ~ well bless her heart, look at all she was going to do for people~ lol...

Posted - Jan 04 2010 : 9:52:49 PM Grace you are so me - I just the other day purchase 4 yards of a wonderful Gnome fabric - did that at 2 am while on goat birthing watch. As I sat in my long johns and my hair in tangles I was able to find just the right fabric for who know's what but I can not wait till it arrives.. Even though I will have more fabric then a person could possible use in a life time I am going on the rule "The one who dies with the most WINS"!!!
Great to see another Grace having the same joy and I do - I will have to stop in to you blog and spy your goodies...
