I just finished knitting a neck warmer out of cashmere and when i was done I was disappointed that the first half I knit was duller than the second half. The second half is much brighter. I was concerned that the color had changed. Someone told me that they thought all cashmere will do that over time. It develops a halo that dulls the colors and that is why the newer knitted part is brighter. Is that true? Will the top fade to resemble the bottom? Has anyone had experience with this? Thanks, Sara
