How come I can't seem to get things done as quick as I want?
I am knitting some lavender socks for an internet friend
and knitting some dish cloths for my hairdresser for Christmas
I only have the cuff done on the socks
I have one dishcloth done and another started
I am shooting for 3 dishcloths for the hairdresser
and
I wanted to make my internet friend a necklace
I have most every thing I need expect some of those real crystal beads you see at the craft stores/ the real ones
I found some crystal pearl beads and was going to put those that look like off beige crystal ones in between each pearl
I found a really pretty rose pendant( it is the same color as the pearls and has the same color of that the crystal/ beads I want to buy)to put in the center.
I have yet to get the crystal small beads.
Are you all getting your gifts done and quicker that I am I hope. hugs sheila

Sheila...I know what you mean. I get on this website and I can't get off of it. I probably spend more time on MJF than working on gifts. hehehe oh well...

I knit, or crochet or some type of needlework when I watch tv at night
and my soap during the day
I cannot just sit and do nothing
Been doing this for years. ha . hugs sheila

A little each day lol. I've been knitting dish cloths too...3 for my sis' birthday next week and some for Christmas. I find that after dinner, instead of reading for a little bit to unwind, I've been picking up the knitting needles and relaxing that way. I'm not very fast since I'm a real newbie to knitting, but little by little, they're getting done.

My weekend days (when I'm not on here :) ) I'm sewing...all day it seems, but I do see progress.
