Posted - Oct 25 2009 : 3:19:09 PM I am, really. Lately I have caught the crochet bug (better than the swine flue, yikes)
Been making hats for moi, a black one with creme trim with fun fur yarn http://www.lionbrand.com/patterns/clc-santaHat.html?noImages=
PINK one and a grey one (pics on Dutch blog)
Now started a cute blue cape, also for moi. The same yarn as the blue hat which I also made this afternoon. HOPE I have enough yarn left duh!!
Been looking on the net for hats and saw this cute pattern plus the cape, so thought why not make both
http://www.lionbrand.com/patterns/chs-cape.html?noImages=
Here is the link to the pattern plus picture of cape plus hat
Like I said, have caught the crochet bug. My mind is occupied with brother etc so thought to do something to keep my mind on other things

Posted - Oct 28 2009 : 09:39:29 AM I so understand. I started crocheting socks for my niece back in March. Got sidetracked and when I went to start again (almost done one) I realized I totally goofed up so had to pull it all out. Now the socks will be for the boyfriend if I can get them done in time. Franctically working that, a scrapbook, and biology. I still want to make the slippers in the Aug issue for my grand niece. Not sure I'll make that. Need to start earlier in the year.
Good luck Dutchy
