Well, I will be a granny in the Spring and I think I am still hip, not broken hip but I like sublimes collections. Infact I used several of her's for some kitchen towels for my new daughter in law.

Also, I love finding tattoo books for ideas and designs or even some of the coloring books that have more complex designs.

Bye the way I loved your canvas that you posted on your blog - just did not have time to leave a comment but I will do so very soon. I know it is nice to see a number in that comment section.

wow! I had no idea you could do such fun stuff with embroidery! I'm excited! I'm hopeing fellow farm girl Melissa (MissLiss) will be teaching me to embroider better tomorrow when we are hanging out.

I got so many cute ideas. Like fun Christmas ornaments, pillow shams, tea towels, baby shower gifts... gosh. now if I could only put the world on pause once a week so I could do this stuff! I suppose we all have that same wish though :P

Grace--thank you for visiting my blog! I'm still very new to it, so I'm glad that people are reading it. I ordered some of the Jenny Hart designs, should be receiving them shortly...
Judith--I'm glad you liked her site. I've only been embroidering for about a year and so far, I've done almost everything freehand, so it should be interesting to follow a pattern.
Sheri--I'm sure there are some grannies out there who love her stuff--if I was a granny, I'd be one of them!

Jenny Hart--I love her stuff! I just bought the first book and I think her 2nd one comes out next month--I can't wait!! Yes some of it I definitely can't see my grandmother or any others doing, haha. But I'm sure there's some hip grannies out there ! ;)

I hope to have some finished soon and I'll post on my blog.
