I found this tutorial on how to make your own undies from either a recycled t-shirt or knit fabric. I haven't tried it yet, but hopefully will give it a go in the next few weeks. Here's a pic:

sounds soft and comfy, what a good idea! I do not think I could make any that fit me, but I know others can make some that fit them!

You know
I need that and to make my own " bladder pads" yucky,
but it would save on money.
