Here is a pic of the other fabrics I can make the bonnets out of..I can make about 2 out of each here and 1 more out of the same fabric I made my bonnet with. I sold the zebra print bonnet for $16 bucks. So I will sell these for $16 plus shipping(flat rate envelope or first class envelope).
Moodene Posted - Apr 27 2009 : 6:59:07 PM
I can do that too. can make them out of any type of fabric..made one with zebra print...for a teenage girl..and lime green buttons!..I will get it back and take pic of it..

Ok so what if I am a terrible seamstress? Will you make them to sell? ! :-) I just love it!

Hi Nadine

I have tried several ways to get the file from cinnamongirl to open and my silly computer will not do it. It there some way I could receive a copy - I would gladly pay you for your time and trouble. I just love the idea of a dual purpose project. Let me know if I am asking too much - I know we are all very busy and do not wish to add to your list.

No, not my pattern..It came in that same magazine which my grandma had..cinnamongirl posted the link to that pattern. If anyone can't follow the grid that pattern is on, I can trace mine and mail it to you..that fabric is about 10 years old that I made the bonnet from.

That is really clever Nadine - I had a sunbonnet when I was little, with matching dress and pinafore all in farmgirl/bicentennial colors. Got my sewing gene from my mom:)

That is fantastic!!!

Is this a design of your own?? Is the pattern available for purchase? I love the idea of double duty items. Very cute and practical. Love it.
