There are some wonderful items in her movies...I especially would love to find a knitting pattern for the wrap type shawl she wears in "Winter's End", and the aprons in all of them are fabulous. Here's to hoping!!

Posted - Jan 23 2006 : 6:41:06 PM Ok well I did a search, didn't find anything for a pattern made for this series.... I found this page maybe it would be useful , if you scrole down to the third pattern on the left, is this close?
Maybe someone else is better at research than I....

Posted - Jan 23 2006 : 6:28:55 PM I own all three and we just love them. The kids all read the books in third grade as a class and were so excited to know I had the movies..they didn't even realize it..and our Christmas village is the Sarah Plain and TAll village from Hallmark ..came out in the early '90s I think..my second son and I collected the peices ...you know, it could have been late 80's. My younger sons didn't realize that is what they were until this past Christmas when we unpacked the Christmas stuff and they read it on the box..they were so excited!! I bet costume patterns from the movies would be great!! I hope someone knows of some!!
Jenny in Utah It's astonishing how short a time it takes for very wonderful things to happen...Frances Burnette http://www.auntjennysworld.blogspot.com/ visit my little online shop at www.auntjenny.etsy.com |

I love those movies!! They did a nice job of recreating the book.
