I painted the snowman pillow for my hubby...he loves christmas and snowmen...the hooked rug I just finished over the weekend...it is my first time hookin'...don't look too close,lol...i love to do wool applique projects also, so made a couple of candle huggers and a pennryrug mat. Posted - Jan 19 2009 : 12:00:11 PM hey Pam..thanks...it took me a long time to get up my nerve to hook! it is a lot of fun...can be frustrating at times but Ihink all new artistic pursuits are like that at first until you get the hang of it! It probably would have been easier if I had a rug hooking frame but until I know for sure that it is something that I will definitely continue to do I will continue to use a hoop. |
