Wow, what a lovely assortment of beautiful hand made items. I love the little rug, and the candle covers and your other things are wonderful as well.
I may attempt a rug someday, but I love looking at yours.

thanks everyone!

Ruth...one of these days I might do a blog and sell from it...right now I am just trying to do some things for my house!
Tin Lizzie Posted - Jan 19 2009 : 12:00:11 PM
hey Pam..thanks...it took me a long time to get up my nerve to hook! it is a lot of fun...can be frustrating at times but Ihink all new artistic pursuits are like that at first until you get the hang of it! It probably would have been easier if I had a rug hooking frame but until I know for sure that it is something that I will definitely continue to do I will continue to use a hoop.

Life should NOT be a jounrey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, latte in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming. "WOOHOO, what a ride!"
