On the other thread about dolls some of the ladies have said they would be interested in a doll swap. I have said I would hostess this. the dolls are to be handmade. 14 inches or under. mailed to the person you are to swap with so you would be responsible to mail it. perhaps you could email then and find out if they like primitive or pretty or whatever? I will take sign ups till February 1st and then you will have 6 weeks till the middle of march to mail them. and of course we want to see pictures on this thread of the progress and final projects.
So what does everyone think??!!!!!

Hi to all,
just recently my sister was air flighted to a hospital 2 hours away so I have been running back and forth and she passed away and the funeral is monday so I have not been on for a while. But I will be back on soon. If anyone has not sent her doll or has not received hers just let me know. Bev

I have finished my doll a long time ago duh! I will try to send her out at the end of next week. I am so sorry for being so slack, girl. And also will send the apron for the apron swap. :( Again I am so sorry, things really got over my head lately, not just the crafts but other things too :(

robin, got my new baby yesterday and she is beautiful! her expression is so sweet and i have named her after a friend--Sarahruth--i have her sitting up high in my workroom so she can visit with me..thanks you so much!!!

No pictures - I have no digital camera because I am a Luddite.
I gave my husband the package with Janie's dollie in it and he will go to the post office in the morning. I failed to read the pattern envelope, so I made an enormous doll instead of the 14 inch doll I was supposed to make. I hope she's okay anyway, Janie.

Lila--I will keep you in my prayers. A couple of Christmases ago we had 5 people pass in our family within 6 weeks of eachother. It is a difficult time when you are still grieving. Just know that you are being thought of.
