If you are into making aprons as I am... then you need these two books in you library. The first one is "A is for Apron" by Nathalie Mornu, and the second one is "Gingham Aprons of the '40s & '50s by Judy Florence. I love both of these books because they are filled with many patterns and designs to give you inspiration. Is anyone out there crazy about aprons too?

I LOVE APRONS!! I have the easiest apron pattern ever- it is sooo adorable. The girls at work want me to make and sell! I'm making Valentine aprons right now- our church offers a free meal on Wednesday nights and my family is the meal maker for Feb 11th and we will be wearing these aprons and then I want each helper to keep the apron for giving of their time.

I LOVE aprons! I have heard about the A for Aprons book and looked through it at the store. I wasn't able to purchase it at the time but it is so great! I actually just got an apron pattern at Joann's today!

Ooh everyone is talking about this "A" is for Apron books. I am not in the way to be buying it just yet, so I went to the library today and had to try and put a hold on it but it wouldn't let me...grr...lol
I guess I am just going to have to listen to all the wonderful things you all are saying about it, until I can get a copy of my own. :O)
hugs!!

Absolutely Julie - I have the "A is for Apron" book and will look for the second. My mom collected about 8 vintage apron patterns for me for Christmas, look like 40's to 50's - what a great gift. I have a collection of aprons too, rather modest so far but getting there:)
