Posted - Dec 29 2008 : 8:46:03 PM I am working on an afghan and when I finish I want it to fit nicely onto a queen sized bed. I want it more than just the bed though, I want to hang down at least some, so I get like a smaller coverlet. How do I go about making this measurement? Or do anyone already know how big it would need to be?
Thanks!!

Posted - Dec 30 2008 : 12:03:09 PM Go online and see what is for sale as far as queen comforters or bedspreads~they usually give measurements. Or go with the size of a queen flat sheet.

Posted - Dec 30 2008 : 08:12:12 AM A queen mattress is 60"Wx80"L so I guess you could add on say 8 inches to each side and maybe 8 to the length so it hangs on the foot of the bed too. that would make it 76wide by 88 long ??? |
