I have mixed up some automatic dishwasher soap and the glasses & pots come out with a film on them. Tried it many times. I used the castile soap, water, lemon juice, tea tree oil & vinegar. Does anyone know what the problem is?

I have been searching for a homemade dishwasthing soap recipe that DOESN'T do that- all that we have tried, leave the film...if someone else has a recipe that works, I'd LOVE to try it!
