Couldn't afford it today (bad bearings in my rear tire....) but maybe they'll have it at the library. Lots of neat ideas. Love the cane felt, how cool.

Posted - Sep 15 2008 : 6:55:24 PM I read that some of the gals were getting their new MJ magazines so yesterday I drove 26 miles to Kirksville to visit Tractor Supply to get my new issue....NOT THERE YET! So went on to Wally World and just had to buy the new felt mag (couldn't drive that far and not have anything to show for it)54miles total. It has some neat things in it. I love to knit and felt hats and purses with my handspun yarn. I would like to try the mittens with the ribbed cuffs. Spin Off is suppose to come out tomorrow...can't wait to get back to town.

Posted - Sep 15 2008 : 6:31:14 PM I actually got a copy of it at the market yesterday! It has some really neat stuff in it. I have never done felting, but I spin and I am starting to accumulate a good quantity of wool so I think it goes hand-in-hand quite well!
