Posted - Aug 13 2008 : 3:46:01 PM I had an epiphnay today as I burnt my hand on a hot bowl of soup. Will anyone that knows how to knit/crochet make me a bowl cozy? Something I could slip the bowl into (like a stocking hat) and carry with me? I have tried and tried to no avail to learn how to knit. I can crochet a single row...with my fingers. I'm hopeless. However I will PAY for one or swap a Longaberger...

Posted - Aug 14 2008 : 11:22:06 AM No its round sided with a flat bottom. I got it (them) at a closeout store. 6" diameter at eh top and 2" high. I'm thinking the base of it wouldnt be anymore than 2-3". I really wish I could knit....I'd try but i just KNOW it'd be a disaster! For my knitting badge I'm sticking with a small square! If I master that, then MAYBE I'll move on. Oh how I wish i wouldve listened to my great aunt when she was trying to teach me!
