Posted - Aug 06 2008 : 10:04:49 PM I've made one quilt with 'jelly rolls' and that was fun. I didn't find any free jelly roll patterns on the internet though. There are some great books and patterns out that use jelly rolls--rolls of 2.5" strips, usually about 40 different fabric to a roll.

Posted - Aug 06 2008 : 8:33:51 PM There's a great book out (actually a couple) for "toppers". I can't recall the exact name but if you Amazon search quilt and topper they will come up. Super easy and some use strips/charms/jellies etc. and are so stunning! *~* Marcia's suggestions are lovely! Makes me want to sew! Sissy

Posted - Aug 06 2008 : 5:45:20 PM Elenore Burns from Quilt in a Day has some great "Stipping" books. Maybe your library has some you can borrow. I believe that the Quilt in a Day website also offers a few free ones.
