Hi Farmgirls!

I am looking for the pattern for the "Improved Nine Patch" quilt block. I searched the web and could only find references to copyrighted patterns. That's silly! This block is one of those folk patterns which is passed around amoung friends.

Does anyone have a pettern they could share? I have seen two different patterns labelled as this block. I am looking for the one which truly looks like a nine-patch with curved borders.

Thanks!
Lucinda

Lucinda,

Try drafting your own templates from the line drawing on this page.

Just enlarge the block to the size you want it, cut apart the pieces, and add 1/4" seam allowances.
