Hey yall.
I am and have been looking for this
it is perforated metal
in which I want to attach beads to ; to make a pendant
I have searched off and on for years.
I need the metal for the base part
The metal needs to have hole in it
it dosen't matter what color it is as it is going to be covered in beads
Anyone know where I might find it ?
Sheila

Thanks Sunshine and Kathie
I look off and on for it,
I had thought maybe using the perforated plastic canvas
Kathie
You are right about cutting the metal
Being Diabetic, it is not a good thing if I get cut again
A couple of years ago
I brought this apple peeler thingy from QVC
Hubby was showing me how to do it
Mind you I had seen it already on QVC
Well, he showed me wrong
and I almost cut off my left thumb
had to go to the Hospital emergency room
they used the Sugaical glue stuff to heal
Best part of that was I didn't have to do dishes for a week,
Moral of that story
Don't do it like your hubby is trying to show you Ha.
Thanks
I might try the plastic thing,
Sheila.

Sheila..

Have you seen this pre-cut before in the past your thinking?
Like in a kit or something?

What are you thinking of doing..
Like stringing them all up & down it or something.. ?

I know you CAN probably already find them already precut.. This way you won't have to worry about cutting yourself.. or treating the metal.. as it will have already have been done for you.. & alot of times will already have the holes already drilled in for you..

But yes.. you could probably get some smaller sheets & start from Scratch.. & do all of this on your own if your able to..
Not all of us can do some of this though.. So i know where your at with that!

Maybe check Home Depot or something.. i bet they already have some really smaller peices already packaged.. But i'll be you CAN find what your looking for already finished.. & ready for you to decorate at Michaels or something..

You know.. I had JUSt gotten a Few Books from my Library of working with Metal
a few weeks ago.. Same type things.. really.. Maybe go see what your Library has for you to see..
