Posted - Jun 04 2008 : 07:47:55 AM When my twin girls were little I would sew little dresses for them all the time. Doesn't it feel good to see Nora running around in one of her mommy's creations? Sewing is so therapeutic for me. Keep sewing, kiddo! Hugs, Susan |

Posted - Jun 03 2008 : 10:32:21 PM uhm....Stuff from the sale table at Jo-Anns? It's really thick- much thicker than I imagined. The whole dress probably weighs about 2 pounds...which considering it is a toddler dress- is pretty amazing. I made it a bit big- there is about 4 inches bound up in that ruffle towards the bottom, so I can let it out as she grows. It might be too heavy for much longer...perhaps it will be a fall dress.
