I just received an email with this link.
Sounds like a great cause.
Blankets for injured soldiers and other things to do for soldiers in this organization.

Yhis is a great site. Some of the ladies in my quilt group {+me too} made a couple hundred neck coolers. it felt good to be able to do something for the soldiers that would be an immediate help. I'll have to start looking through my ufos...Karin

Linda, thank you for the link. I had tried to contact a group that makes quilts for injured soldiers, but I never heard back from anyone. I have bookmarked this site.

I bookmarked that site, thanks Linda. My brother wants to send a large amount of Maxim magazines to the troops, but we haven't found out for sure how to go about it. He would send to his son in law, who has now returned. Understand they can get Maxim but not Playboy.
