I've been wanting to make one of those fabric banners for my daughters room since I am decorating it and have recently repainted it, sooo, I picked out these fabrics and went to work. PLEASE check out the picture of it on my blog and let me know what you think! I just love how it turned out! I am aiming for a story book theme in her room and this kinda goes along with it.

Rebekah,

I'm starting some work on a banner and had to do a search to see if there was any mention of one on mjf. I love your blog! I'm into old bottles too - I think that if we lived close, we would be dangerous together!!!!

Congrats on your expanding family too!

Looks great! I love the fabric, although 'Froggy went a courtin' has been stuck in my head ever since seeing that cute frog.

What a great banner, I used to make those for my kids when they were little. And that fabric! I bought a yard of it because it is so irresistable, I think they are based on the old 'Thiorton Burgess kids' books I loved as a child. As usual my daughter looked at it and said "Something for the imaginary grandchildren?"
