Hi Lisa, I did wonder if you could not get a wheelbarrow back there and you sound just like me, if I want something where I want it nothing stops me from getting it done.
High praise for the job you are doing, you are truly a farmgirl in every sense of the way!

When your garden get going I would love to see more pictures.
Thanks!

hi rose :) That is so sweet to think of me like that !! I use a wheel barrow at work alot and they are great.I do like them . It would be alot harder for me to get a wheel barrow thru the backyard gate area to the backyard than it is worth. There is no way to get a truck close to the backyard and dump dirt either. :( I just take it slow and quit when i start to get tired. I actually am quite fond my bucket :) That is great of your sons to get you the wheel barrows.THe dump bed sounds awesome !!

I love your jewelry. What a job on your garden, looks great. Just a thought though, do you own a wheelbarrow? At my age and after doing exactly what you have been doing I have two torn rotar cuffs (shoulder joints) a metal hip and a bad knee. Had I known then how all that lifting and splitting wood, and moving furniture, would have affected me I would have asked for help or borrowed or bought the tools I need to keep these kind of injuries from happening.
Thanks to one of my sons I have a wagon that has a dump bed and thanks to another son I have a wheelbarrow with two wheels so it doesn't tip over and I have an old dolly to move furniture with.

Just take care, it is tough on me to be entering this phase of my life all broken up, it doesn't stop me I just had to get wiser!

Way cool. I was browsing your blog and saw you had asked about making tote bags from plastic bags.... did you ever find the instructions????
